Ordered appraisals, inspections and titles. Verification Specialist, Randstad at CitiFinancial Mortgage Collateral verification of default mortgages by using FileNet and the internet. Keyed and correct address information and property values in the database. Communicated with county appraiser / tax assessor, recorder and emergency management offices for legal descriptions, parcel numbers and documentation.
