Daily Duties at Bank Of America Cress Valuations :
Provides support in obtaining purchase contracts, plans and specifications and access for 24 staff and over 15 vendor appraisers in Dallas, New Mexico and Houston. Maintain 12 queues in CMS; place appraisal orders on CRESS website, assign and log out orders; verification of monthly invoices. Maintain weekly and monthly reports for district manager – order status, absence and issues. Interface with district managers, mortgage loan officers, processors, and staff and vendor appraisers.
