Daily Duties at Expression Technologies:
Help Desk, Technical Support Specialist, Trainer, Installation Tech *Plan and implement on site and remote installations of hardware and software for POS, Inventory Management, and Accounting Bridge systems *1st and 2nd Tier Help Desk; including correcting basic to complex problems using remote connection software and websites as well as Terminal Server; bug identifying, logging, and reporting; tracking and reporting on all issues through RT (Request Tracker) ticketing system; finding creative solutions for special client needs; general problem solving *Client Training; development of training materials and checklists; providing “laymen terms” hands-on friendly instruction; Follow-up Q&A sessions *On-Site repairs and Maintenance *Retail Business Technical Consulting
