Developed a formal planning process. Also reorganized inventory to improve inventory accuracy. Developed process to proactively communicate updates regarding production schedule and any potential negative impacts to delivery schedule. Selected Contribution: Create the Master Production Schedule for both Fabrication and Coating Departments On-Time Delivery metric for the Fabrication Department increased from 68% to 92% over a six month time-frame. Reorganized all Fabricated Stock into random stocking locations. Consistent inventory accuracy at 98%
