Daily Duties at Technology Driven Products:
Initiated formal Production Planning for the company. Through the formal Planning System, provided Sales with lead-times for customer products and committed ship dates for clients. Provided Capacity and Demand analysis for both High Volume/Low Mix and Low Volume/High Mix products. Selected Contributions: Improved On-Time Delivery from 30% to 80% in 7 months. Facilitate daily production focus meetings to provide Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering current production status of work. Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure on time delivery of materials to meet delivery objectives, after which shipping acknowledgements are provided to Sales.
