Daily Duties at Promotech:
Developed a Planning System which cross-functionally communicates Warehouse Fulfillment Capacity and Demand for Literature and Drug Sample Warehouses. This system becomes the focal point between Sales and Operations in resolving Capacity and Demand Conflicts. Selected Contributions: On-Time Shipping for Literature Warehouse improved from 59.2% in July 2008 to 99.3% in February 2009 Designed and published Warehouse Metrics Reports Provided Data Analysis and designed reports on Operations productivity for use in Operations, Sales, Finance and Quality Assurance Closely collaborated with IT to automate the Planning System and Metrics Reports
