HIV Senior Executive Clinical Specialist II 2004 – 2008 Promoted GlaxoSmithKline HIV product line; Epzicom, Lexiva and Combivir to Infectious Disease Specialists in the Metro Boston Area, Rhode Island and Southern Connecticut. Sought, identified and developed new customers. Trained and educated the HIV clinical staff and the staff at Aids Service Organization. Analyzed data to conceive and implement sales strategies to increase market share and maximize profits. Achieved individual, team and regional sales goals for products by developing relationships with key customers through educational, speaker and dinner programs. Assumed active leadership role in Region, as well as, mentoring new representatives. Achievements: • Currently ranked #20/117 nationally. • 2007 - Ranked in top 20%, Ruby Winner Circle for 2007. • 2006 - Ranked #24 out of 109. • Moved territory performance from 100/109 to the top 25% (’04, ’05). • Worked closely with key customers accomplishing over 30 speaker programs each year for 2005, 2006 and 2007. • Implemented Women’s HIV Journal Club for the Providence area
