Daily Duties at Bally Total Fitness:
Directed day-to-day operation of large, co-ed health club to ensure a clean and friendly environment towards current members, daily guests and prospective members Coordinated and managed personal training staff by conducting fundamental staff training to increase revenue each month by 10% over monthly quota Processed reconciliation for payroll and billing Trained and scheduled of receptionists, cashiers, lifeguards, and housekeeping staff Assisted in the development of opening new fitness facilities by demonstrating Total Body work outs to future members
