• Applied broad scope of financial industry knowledge toward directing pricing parameters and guidelines of Conventional / Non-Conventional, Alt-A, Subprime, FHA, Foreclosure / Chapter 13 Bailouts, and Commercial / Construction Loans. • Expertly reviewed individualized borrower’s profile and goals with loan officers to determine best program and lender, along with instructing officers on results-driven sales techniques to successfully market new products / services. • Supported processing management in developing viable restructuring and alternatives to financial challenges. • Demonstrated strong communications skills toward establishing and maintaining professional associations with high-profile realtors, accountants, lawyers, and more than 75 lenders.
