Wrote and updated test estimates while ensuring on time delivery project plan. Responsible for developing the On-boarding and Education Strategy for the Indian Development Center Developed and Delivered “Train the Trainer” courses and managed a staff of four (4) for roll-out and continuing education. Designed, developed and managed 'Wiki' pages to consolidate a Global Knowledge Management documentation, training and information site. Site reports average of over 80 hits per week in a company of 230. Developed Training Content for multiple Product Launches and presented to the team as well as other departments. Awarded Team Recognition Reward for the Implementation of the “Slipstream” / Extreme Development and testing method. Lead the development of Test Estimates while ensuring the On Time Delivery of Project. Product lead for multiple Back office connections, Internal tools, and the high risk / high profile projects on Oracle and MS SQL server as well as various back office client connections . Automate released projects using e-tester.
