Daily Duties at Parason (Guard Systems):
Answer incoming phone lines regarding security issues. Responsible for security passes and log book and fingerprinting. Create correspondence and data entry. I had the responsibility of faxing and photo coping of all top clearance documents and order forms. Kept track reserved parking for upper management and clients. Filing of all new order forms.
