Daily Duties at The Mexmil Company:

I extracted from the 3D model structure frames (section of the aircraft 787) to create the surface of the new 3D model that we needed for the Isolation blanket design that goes in between the out skin and inner skin of the aircraft, and creating cutouts or slits or other requirements depending of wiring or hardware around the area. Like windows, doors, etc. Then created the flat pattern to create the 2D drawings and complete the documentation related bill of material etc, Also created 3D Model for brackets, tool head, tolerances and Assembly changes using CATIA V5. I used Autocad to create Isolation blankets drawing for the Boeing fleet, 737,747,767 and their documentation. Using MIL-STD, ANSI-14.5, GD&T, etc.

What they like about The Mexmil Company:

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
