Daily Duties at Classic Entertainment Group / Producer's Advantage:
Production Assistant for MTV’s Dance or Drop, Jonas Brothers spot for National Little League Finals, MTV’s Room Raiders, Nikon’s‘Vision of Rock’ Charity Auction. Helped with production of Broadway’s ‘Cry-Baby’ Opening Night Party at Club Mansion, assisted with the launch of Donna Summer’s CD Release Event along with researching venue locations and vendors, corporate clientele and various sponsor relations associated with all events. Offered full support to managing partners including maintaining multiple calendars, scheduling, coordinating appointments, overseeing conference calls and managing client experience. Analyzed and implemented efficient workflow to help ensure an effective overall office environment that included overseeing a variety of additional freelance editors and producers. Handled all general administrative duties and maintained all office equipment, inspecting and scheduling maintenance whenever necessary. Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluations and overall development of interns.
