Daily Duties at Ernst & Young:

Field incoming help requests from end users via telephone to the National Help Desk. Record, track and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and escalated decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution in Remedy. Route tickets to the correct department and personnel. Troubleshoot basic trouble with software program Groove and GAMx. Troubleshoot user access problems to My EYOnline.com. Troubleshoot errors and technical problems for GTAC. Troubleshoot basic trouble with Dell laptops. Troubleshoot basic trouble with eDocs. Monitor open tickets in personal queue. First point of contact for installation of updates for software programs Groove and GAMx. Remotely access customer PCs using Timbuktu Pro and Sametime meeting to troubleshoot problems with eDocs, GAMx, Groove, GTAC, and Dell laptops. Expedited callers request to help meet and/or exceed SLAs.
