Daily Duties at Equi First Corporation:

My primary role is to continuously develop, maintain and educate a pool of mortgage broker companies, varying from 20 to 100 companies at a time. Education is ongoing and staying on top of the constant flow of change is paramount. Our client's rely on my ability to coach them on these constant changes, above and beyond my fundamental activities - credit evaluation, file reviews, scenario assessment and managing expectations. In addition, the nature of our sales cycle requires that I remain a central component throughout the complete loan process. This all translates into an essential role requiring team participation with a constant balance between multiple team members - Clients, Processing, Underwriting, Account Management, and Closing.
