Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Bank:
Responsibilities include generating, developing, and maintaining profitable Real Estate/Construction/SBA, etc. account relationships with an extensive number of complex and large sized business accounts. Also responsible for managing existing customers, providing continuing financial advice as appropriate, determining customers commercial real estate loan needs and deposit needs and deepened existing customer relationships. Serves as the customers advocate in securing suitable credit and cross-sells products and services. Identifying prospects, acquiring customers and always acting as a referral source for other WFB business partners. Responsible for structuring, underwriting, performing cash flow analysis, funds flow analysis for all real estate complex secured and unsecured business loans and lines. Provides guidance and development to other bankers. Ability to demonstrate commercial credit acumen as well. Accomplishments: * Attained $18 million in annual Real Estate loan volume (FY 2005), exceeding target. 40% Construction Real Estate and 40% Real Estate Loans booked and 20% Lines and other products booked. Ranked as Wells Fargo’s top, #1 Commercial Loan Officers in all of Northern California (out of 220 Managers Statewide). * Was awarded Top Gun distinction in 2005 by diligently following up on all leads, orchestrating direct mail campaigns, and providing excellent account services and attaining more 1st time appointments in all of 2005. · Ability to perform Financial Statement spreads, cash flow analysis, funds flow as well as the ability to determine the credit-worthiness of potential clients. · Additional responsibilities include ordering Flood certificates, Appraisals, and Simply Docs. As well as all other Real Estate necessities to documentation
