Daily Duties at Health Care Services Corp:
Responsible for the management and oversight of Electronic Commerce services for a multi-billion dollar health care services organization. Established an improved operating model that enhanced quality, customer satisfaction, and operating efficiencies. Implemented financial and operational measurements to determine operational effectiveness. Applied corrective actions and preventative measures to improve performance and quality of deliverables. Beyond the delivery activities and responsibilities, I was also responsible for contract management, P&L management, resource management in both a functional and matrixed environment, customer relationship management, asset management, and business development.
