Daily Duties at Job Ready Training:

• Directed student admissions into training programs at the school • Increased admissions by over 70% within two months of setting plan • Budgeted admissions and job placement offices to achieve maximum efficiency • Developed job placement department from 0% to 90% placement by forging relationships with businesses and finding employment opportunities for graduated students • Developed and created local marketing tools and local television advertising for increased admissions • Lead partnership with federal funding programs to dramatically increase admission numbers • Researched and applied for grants and federal funding for student tuition and operational functions • Traveled statewide to increase awareness of school to the public
