• Maintained 100% client retention rate • Identified potential contract/project opportunities and initiated plans and tactics which resulted in program adoption • Weekly national travel to meet with prospective clients to present oral, written, and electronic sales presentations • Initiated conversations and followed up with public sector Executive Directors • Maintained close contact with partner resellers to provide all necessary tools for their success (hardware, leads, etc.) • Maintained detailed and current client database and background information, as well as upcoming sales opportunities • Managed the installation and implementation of all hardware, software and training materials to new clients • Coordinated state organization relationships to maximize sales • Managed reseller partnerships to help increase their productivity and sales efforts for the company • Developed marketing strategies for assigned clients and/or products and services • Planned and conducted workshops and conference presentations • Assisted in the development and implementation of marketing plans and related sales/service strategies and activities • Kept current on all activities, trends, developments, and significant events related to designated programs/services
