Directed marketing, project management and business development for consumer and business to business affinity membership products with online, retail and major financial institution partners through online and offline channels. Partners included AOL, MSN, Amazon.com, Citibank, Entertainment.com, Alfy.com, McAfee and theStreet.com., JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Home Shopping Network, Macy's and Sears. Designed and developed products and Web sites for the multiple product areas including: children’s online learning, women’s shopping, gift card and coupon discounts, travel, health, pet and identity theft. Increased member activation and product usage by 40% for online children’s learning product. Re-engineered and streamlined unprofitable offline health and lifestyle product into online product, leading to an increase in projected revenue by 300% over previous year while reducing operating costs by 70%. Managed Web integration of online shopping discount and coupon portal for over 10,000 nationwide offers for travel and shopping product. Developed “launch and transition” product development process, adopted by all of product marketing.
