Daily Duties at Weyerhaeuser :
- Responsible for supporting A2A and B2B data transformation and data transportation across various system platforms via MQ Series and FTP processes - Responsibilities included managing a staff of five techs and performing quarterly employee evaluations. -Support and coach team members in achieving PMP and IDP goals -Perform PMP and IDP reviews at least twice yearly -Develop and enhance process and procedural documentation - Act as first escalation for daily issues. Work with Business and IT LOB contacts to assure that issues are being handled appropriately and expediently by the Prod support team members - Monitor user and ITO generated remedy tickets, target less than 15 open tickets at a single time.
