Executive Assistant to the V.P. of Human Resources •Prepared confidential materials, correspondence and additional information as requested •Assisted in the development of highly confidential documents and reports for distribution to Executive Officers and/or department •Coordinate management meetings, itineraries, agendas, etc. •Record minutes to departmental manager meetings •Assist in the preparation of administrative and periodical reports •Post and broadcast company bulletins (intranet postings & e-mail blasts to all employees) •Responsible for maintaining and updating organizational charts for entire company •Prepare and process expense reports •Maintain and schedule all appointments •Organize domestic and international travel arrangements •Notarize legal documents as needed
