Daily Duties at Food Plant Construction, Inc/Food Plant Engineering, Inc:
o Instrumental in implementing the Construction Management side of the Company, Established operating procedures for both the field and office, o Supervised up to 6 site Construction Managers and their supporting staff along with 2 in-house Project Managers and 2 Secretaries. o Reviewed construction schedules for logical sequence and time frame workability o Reviewed drawings for build ability, and set up order of construction, o Approved pay applications for completion percents and accuracy of dollar amounts owed o Interpreted plans and specifications o Verified and approved all change order documents o Accepted, reviewed and approved and /or rejected bids from contractors o Negotiated and Authored Contracts
