Daily Duties at Cooper Standard Automotive:
Lead and directed all strategic and operational activities for 8 plants in Canada, Mexico, and the United States producing fluid carrying systems (rubber and plastic extrusion and tubular products), sensors, and thermostats. Turned around under performing plants through labor reduction of 10%, scrap reduction of 20%, inventory reduction of $2 million, and implementation of a lean culture. Launched several new products and process changes that were leading edge.
