Participated in the recruitment and panel interviews of Executives and Team Leader positions. Successfully oversaw several special projects including store closings, store openings, and remodels. Responsible for training and development of core staff up to 50+ team members. Identified and coached high potentials in partnership with succession planning in all positions. Key Accomplishments: Logistics Business College Trainer 2000-2002, responsible for training and developing all new Logistics Executives within the St. Louis Metro Market. Entertainment Division Field Merchandiser 1998-2000, experienced 20% sales increase in 1999 due to effective communication of street dates and market visits that focused on training and development of Entertainment team members. Successfully planned and coordinated 2 store closings, 3 new store openings, and one remodel
