Daily Duties at Target Corporation:
Responsible for all Human Resource Generalist functions including recruiting, hiring, extending offers, and orientating new team members. Oversaw all employee relations issues, responded to employee concerns and drove the resolution process. Conducted harassment, EEOC, and Unemployment investigations. Ensured compliance with all state and federal employment laws i.e. FMLA, ADA, COBRA, etc. Administered all benefit programs and correspond with providers on all billing, claims, and open enrollment issues. Key Accomplishments: Team Relations Resource for Saint Louis market. Coordinated market wide managerial training seminars. Developed recruiting strategy to successfully staff 300+ team members for the Holiday season. Implemented succession planning tools to reduce turnover by 30%. Participated in campus recruiting , job fairs, and hiring events to source new management candidates.
