Daily Duties at Professional Employment Group:

Directed multiple branch offices regarding sales, service, operations, and employee relations. Created an annual budget including revenue goals, costs, project estimates, and profit measures. Successfully performed high volume full-cycle recruiting of candidates in the manufacturing, call center, and clerical/administrative sectors resulting in successful placement of 1000+ individuals on an annual basis. Created client specific orientations along with client safety inspections and safety walks to reduce worker's compensation costs and incidents by 20%. Responsible for Training and development of Sales Personnel along with Account Review and approval of all new clients. Responsible for all aspects of Client/Account Management and Development as well contract, bids and proposal negotiations. Key Accomplishments: Played key role ensuring the successful launch of new company division. Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation, benefits, incentives, and new hire orientations. Participated in EEOC and harassment investigations. Conducted monthly training sessions with staff. Created Professional Development Plan and Leadership Dimensions based on company core values along with Mentor Program for a successful reduction in staff turnover. Revised Job Descriptions and "shadowed" and interviewed employees to provide an accurate and detailed picture of the job duties and functions. Developed new interview process along with client specific orientations to streamline recruiting/interviewing process to increase productivity
