Provided support for Lacerte software users in a call center environment. Installed software for stand alone and network users. Trouble-shoot company products which included printers, scanners, electronic mail, citrix\term server, and operating systems. Resolved Internet Explore connectivity issues such as configuring firewalls and anti-virus.
