Daily Duties at Volt:
Provided technical support for the IPhone/3G wireless and IPod and ITunes. Helped customers decrease dropped calls and network service issues. Set setting in the IPhone so customers could receive and send personal email. Evaluated software to make sure customers could sync their calendars, emails, contacts, music, and videos in ITunes. Crossed sold Apple Care Protection Planes to provided customer with hardware coverage and technical service needed to sustain the life of their original IPhone/IPod contact.
