Daily Duties at Kirtas Technologies, Inc:
1- Responsible for the development of image processing software for automatic book scanner. 2- Research, design and develop computer software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development for digital imaging applications. 3- Apply principles and techniques of computer science, image processing and mathematical analysis. 4- Analyze software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. 5- Consult with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software and operational and performance requirements of the overall system. 6- Formulate, design and integrate the software system, subject to customer and performance requirements, and measure outcome and consequences of the design. 7- Responsible for developing and conducting software system testing procedures, programming and documentation. 8- Consult with customers concerning maintenance of the software system and coordinate the installation of the software system. Technologies used: C/C++/C#/.NET, MySQL, Multithreading, COM, ATL, Dll, USB/RS232, UML, Outlook (notification), Windows Server 2003/XP/VISTA, XML, Image Processing.
