Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:
• Contributed to groundwork specifications regarding short and long-term objectives, and led virtual and classroom training initiatives for the countrywide rollout of the Chase Loan Center (CLC) loan origination system. • Conducted gap analysis to identify all processes necessary and developed a working project plan for the various processes. • Prior to implementation, involved in the testing of enhancements for CLC using test scripts. • Worked closely with the implementation teams to develop the timing of the rollouts, necessary materials and types of training available; virtual, classroom, and web based learning. • Provided classroom training for 275 participants at 8 regional operation centers, nationwide, and virtual and distance training to an additional 125 participants in the subprime group. • Worked with focus group to develop standardized templates for training manuals, job aids, and PowerPoint presentations used by facilitators and participants throughout all business lines. • Worked with middle and senior management teams in the restructure of job functions and SOPs for all operation personnel. Analyzed how CLC impacted workflow and rewrote performance measurements to more effectively align with new system capabilities and performance expectations. • Provided “Train the Trainer” system education for Chase sales and operations professionals. • Delivered ongoing technical support and assistance following each rollout and completion of each training program. Worked with centers Help Desk professionals to clarify information and technical documentation. • Utilized expertise in loan origination systems to update all existing training and support materials. • Developed online and PowerPoint training materials for subprime group, and converted programs and materials from NetOxygen system to CLC loan origination system.
