Daily Duties at Tek Systems:

• Conducted complex analysis for multiple audiences to determine the proper training content, media, and training delivery methods for each audience • Developed training for a new process, software, or hardware that is complex and/or impacts multiple areas or groups of people • Developed training using blended learning solutions requiring multiple delivery media • Applied a systems approach to training development (CEP, ADDIE, etc.) • Used training development tools such as Firefly, LCMS, etc. as appropriate • Consulted where needed and act as a resource for guiding and mentoring others to grow their training competency • Identified knowledge or skills needed for the delivery of an effective formal training product • Ensured key communication messages are consistent with Enterprise/Department/Area goals • Conducted communication assessments to measure gaps and deficiencies that create barriers to implementing change • Developed communication plans to effectively disseminate key messages for all audiences identified in the audience analysis • Ensured integration and coordination of communications across initiative, programs, and projects • Advised and coached core teams on development and execution of communications plans, as well as guiding and mentoring others to grow their communication competency • Facilitated information sessions with cross-functional teams to keep communication channels open between work efforts • Served as a business SME to provide specific audience attributes and delivery protocols
