Daily Duties at Woodley Associates, Llc:
A Limited Liability Corporation established to complete contracted insurance claim compliance reviews, premium audits, vendor/third party administrator process review and evaluation, and reserve adequacy audits. Contract assignments include: * Collections compliance audit of liquated insurance company claims to identify reinsurer payment exception notices which were not resolved. * Claims exposure and expense reserve analysis within reinsurance management company case files for use in commutation negotiations. * Claims file review within liquated carrier to identify and seek recovery of ceded reinsurance attaching to the primary insurance coverage. $24 million was identified and collected for the estate. * Create owners contractors insurance program (OCIP) for large state funded construction projects. Administer workers’ compensation and general liability payroll based and builders risk cost based enrollment as well as claims and expense management. * Schedule, interview and complete renewal loss control and premium audit reports.
