Daily Duties at Shuaa Capital:
Purchasing of Office Equipments, Monthly Inventory, Monthly Reporting, Assets Monthly, Reporting to Management, Purchasing Asset ( Computers, printers, Office Supplies, etc) Independent Office Correspondence & Management, Import / export documentations, Effective Interaction with customers, Dealing with overseas suppliers, Coordination between branches and head office, Familiar with General Office procedures, Proficient in all types of office work. Prepare Invoice & Delivery Note, PO and Etc. Preparing and sending correspondences through e-mail. Rendering services to the clients. Assist section Manager in various operational matters. Maintain records of customers. Maintain petty cash. Arranging the E-Tickets. Hotel Booking, Maintaining all types of records and files. Resolve if there are any customer complaints.
