 Reference point for Coca-Cola in my territory..  7 distributors contributing to annual turnover of 5.5 crores.  Reporting,6 market developers & deliverables include planning and meeting annual business plans in terms of volume & activities including marketing operations, Activations and Profitable growth.  Planning, organising, directing, controlling and monitoring of sales operations & implementation of all discounts and marketing budgeted activities.  Continuous capability development. Training identifications and imparting to my market developers, distributors & distributor Salesmen.  Drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals. Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building/market development effort.  Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and track competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for selling and the marketing strategies.  Building and establishing retail network after conducting thorough assessment using tools like analysis of market potential, breadth and depth study etc.  Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners/depots, resulting in deeper market penetration.
