Daily Duties at Spectra Logic:

 Reconcile and perform daily and monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations for 3 local bank accounts.  Manage company accruals and analysis, prepaid expenses, property tax and royalty commitments.  Manage Fixed Assets, newly capitalized purchases and ongoing system maintenance and improvement.  Reconcile and analyze monthly costs models regarding the RMA, evaluation and service processes.  Prepare and present ad-hoc requests and special projects requests to all management levels.
