Daily Duties at Spectra Logic:
Reconcile and perform daily and monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations for 3 local bank accounts. Manage company accruals and analysis, prepaid expenses, property tax and royalty commitments. Manage Fixed Assets, newly capitalized purchases and ongoing system maintenance and improvement. Reconcile and analyze monthly costs models regarding the RMA, evaluation and service processes. Prepare and present ad-hoc requests and special projects requests to all management levels.
