Manage a staff of 15 including 3 managers in charge of network operations, PeopleSoft ERP support and Business Objects and application development Organized the 3 sections into an effective support and development organization focused on meeting user needs Introduced Business Objects into the environment to replace Excel as the medium used to produce standard and ad hoc business critical reports. As well as centralize all reporting out of a data warehouse Expanded server room to meet operational needs stemming from rapid growth and the adaptation of a tier-1 ERP solution Instituted TQC as a tool to ensure objectives and schedules are meet with all IT initiated projects Developed the IT budget to reflect the actual categories needed to run, maintain and expand the infrastructure to meet business needs and goals.
