Organized the 2 sections into an effective support and development organization focused on meeting user needs Introduced a business intelligence application into the environment to replace Excel as the medium used to produce standard and ad hoc business critical reports. As well as centralize all reporting out of a data warehouse Established various steering committees to oversee IT projects to maximize IT budget dollars Developed short and long range tactical and strategic plans for the infrastructure, ERP application and business reporting Developed company-wide strategic plans with emphasis on cross-departmental process reengineering and staff reductions while increasing efficiency to improve bottom line figures Recognized business need to introduce business intelligence and standardized reporting to operational side of the business Project manager for main customer WEB site and for improving B2C transaction and online registration
