Develop and implement a company-wide BCP strategy, plan and program company wide Institute a company-wide disaster preparedness awareness program Ensure the companies BCP plans meet and exceed federal regulations Meet regularly with the OCC to ensure the BCP program can pass all examinations Work with all business units to ensure all plans roll up to the Board approved corporate strategy Develop, implement and oversee testing of BC plans and systems to ensure compliance Create tracking metrics to recognize repeated system failures and BCP issues to notify management Develop training and testing materials for business unit managers and personnel on proper testing methodology and protocols Work with department heads to identify, document and mitigate risk associated with current business process and technology limitations Worked with online banking group to improve service offerings to customers by migrating to new vender
