Daily Duties at Carquest:

· Oversee all operations of a multiple store setting with over $10 million a year in sales · Responsible for P&L reports and maintaining budgets · Recruit, hire, schedule, and train new employees both locally and nationally · Lead highly effective meetings with all departments and team members of up to 35 people · Continuously develop sales programs and encourage the use of proven selling techniques · Participate in ongoing management and leadership classes · Responsible for logistics and a fleet consisting of 17 vehicles
