Daily Duties at Dominion & Self:
• Provide weekly training and coaching sessions on establishing systems, goals, and effective sales techniques. • Teach and coach a systemized technique for generating leads and sales. Provide coaching and feedback to employees in diverse sales environments focusing on productivity and goal achievement. • Completed over 8500 coaching and training sessions with over 350 clients in the past six years. • Served as a National Sales Trainer for the media company, Dominion Enterprises from 1/2007 through 10/2007 travelling to offsite locations. • Provided two-three day sales training with a power-point presentation and interactive group role-playing sessions. • Presented a consultative method of needs based selling and focused on handling objections and closing the sale. • Left Dominion Enterprises in good standing choosing to return to providing local sales training and coaching in San Diego.
