• Provided sales and business development coaching, individualized sales training, and accountability for real estate sales professionals, mortgage sales professionals, escrow officers and other financial sales professionals. • Incorporated observation profiling techniques to help clients focus on their strengths and to learn how to overcome their weaknesses. • Incorporated successful sales strategies, time-management techniques, developed sales scripts, and role-played successful sales calls. • Developed overall action plans for each individual and provided regular accountability to the action plans. • Implemented database development strategies for each client to achieve sales revenue and overall growth. • Received offer of employment November 2001 from Buffini & Co; and left the end of June 2006 to start a family business.
