Daily Duties at Itxc Corporation:
• Collaborated with Vice President and a programmer as project manager to create automated Provisioning Database customized for company’s specific needs. • Coordinated rollout of lighting and wiring for network and phone connectivity to support high-end servers at brand new company building. • Led team in turning up Tier 1 quality T1’s, DS3’s, and E1’s. • Developed lasting business relationships as Provisioning Supervisor with Telecom Companies nationwide. Provided calm and professional assistance to help users troubleshoot circuit problems. Resolved problems in a friendly manner and helped users feel at ease in stressful situations. • Supported NOC and other staff members during 911 by providing calming leadership and reassuring customers of efforts underway to get their equipment back up and running. • Participated in weekly meeting with Vice Presidents of other departments to plan better strategies to maintain Tier 1 quality for customers internationally. • Successfully completed demanding 1-week project coordinating equipment removal and shipment to new location and final preparation of relocating facility.
