Daily Duties at Dawson Systems Group:
Hunted for VAR's headquartered outside of Texas who needed Sales Engineering resources in Texas. Performed network assessments in 2005 and early 2006, but soon moved to the Telepresence projects. With High Definition CODEC's becoming cheaper and some of the first low-cost systems hitting the market, the VC market starting to see more interest in Video Conferencing. My networking consultancy moved more in to real-time application network readiness and medium to high-end Video Conferencing Room integration. I worked mostly with LifeSize, Polycom, ClearOne, and RevoLabs.
