In addition to office manager role, managed multiple asset management projects for 2 separate divisions on behalf of the property investor for 200+ property portfolio while also maintaining loan-mandated property/liability insurance certification, monitoring receipt of state and federally regulated compliance documentation and collecting/processing high volume monthly, quarterly and annual financial data and documents for each property with efficiency and accuracy.
