Daily Duties at The Math Works:
• Specialized in MATLAB’s Deployment/Test & Measurement products • Worked with customers, including Lockheed Martin, MIT, and Georgia Institute of Technology to create applications using Deployment/Test and Measurement products or to integrate applications with these products • Created solutions for customers and other application support engineers, which included examples, limitations (and if possible, how to work around these limitations), and answers to frequently asked questions • Created bug reports to document problems for developers and to resolve customer issues • Participated in biweekly department meetings, meetings held by the Deployment/Test and Measurement group, and Voice of the Customer sessions
