•Reduced by 55% ticketing from open issues listing from data centers by implementing a new operations handbook. •Prevented implementations of costly applications that did not conform with the time and cost constraints standards. •Supported quality assurance team by testing procedures for both automated and manual process, coordinating with data governance team and internal clients. •Created unique version release control to improve systems documentation, saving time and resources as part of lessons learn process. •Consolidated hundred of reports into dozens by creating a DDP (data definition platform) documentation, reducing CPU time as well as optimizing printing procedures. •Trained computer programmers to ensure the proper use of application standards and providing progress reports to upper management. •Simplified a summarization process between the client server and the mainframe platforms, due to reconciliation and validation procedures.
