Daily Duties at Appleone Employment Services:

To operate an efficient, profitable on-site cost center in accordance with the projections, policies and procedures developed by the AppleOne management Team. On-Site Manager for associates at main site/and warehouse, extensive recruiting, worked with client to define and fill job requisition, coordinate/manage the requisition of associates. Recruit, interview and hire personnel assigned to client; provide orientation to new associates Responsible for ongoing training and development of all team members Managed applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing of candidates. Provide leadership, direction and counseling; respond to requests, ideas, suggestions and grievances. Process payroll; attendance tracking, coordinate associate recognition program Responsible for on-site profitability; maintain regional/corporate minimum standards Responsible for control of P&L expenses
