• Coordinated all phases of Customer Service, Production and Sample order processing as well as account troubleshooting through contact with back office and factory personnel, • Organized and developed cross referencing of all new orders, order entry, order and shipment tracking and follow-up, ordering Top of Line and Customer Samples, order receipt and acknowledgement, shipment advice, Proforma Invoicing, faxing, account file maintenance. • Managed customer RMA’s, product issues, product replacement. • Directly assisted Salesmen and Product Development team on completion of all pending items and pending orders.
