Daily Duties at Fgx International:

• Provide customer assistance through order processing, order tracking, POD’s, direct contact for field service personnel as liaison for service needs, store issues, payroll payments and adjustments, Planogram creation, memo creation, field mailings, upload to company extranet website, customer samples, Commercial Invoicing. • Control all New Store processes with account setup, product and fixture order shipments, tracking, account and field notification of upcoming new store grand openings and product shipments, fixture ordering, customer file maintenance, and create masters for new store rollouts. • Create customer account files with UPC’s, SKU’s and contract pricing, master product and order fixtures for new accounts or fixture upgrades, tag format creation, maintain pricing structure files, new item form creation and submittal for each account buying office . • Reply and communicate to all departments and customers, all phases of item and product creation, process Salesman’s Sample orders, Stock Pulls, UPC creation, create Planograms, Locator Tabs, order customer graphics, work with local printers and internal graphics artists account requirements. Responsible for all RA file maintenance and control, direct liaison for all field personnel payroll adjustments and concerns.
